This page lets you request deletion of your CashBee account and the personal data associated with it, in line with Google Play's User Data and Account Deletion policy.

1. Request account deletion

Fill in the form below using the phone number registered on your CashBee account. We use it only to verify the account is yours before deleting it.

2. What happens next

We process deletion requests within 7 days of verifying your request, and complete removal within 30 days.

3. What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data linked to it, including:

Your phone number and account login.
Your display name and profile information.
Your coin balance, earnings, daily streak, level, and lucky-spin history.
Your ad-watch activity and in-app transaction history.
Your referral code and referral relationships.
Any saved UPI ID used for withdrawals.

4. What data is retained, and for how long

For legal, tax, financial, and fraud-prevention reasons we may keep a limited set of records even after your account is deleted. This data is retained only as long as required and is not used to re-create your account:

Completed withdrawal (payout) records — retained up to 7 years to meet financial and tax obligations.
Purchase / billing records (Premium memberships, Boosts via Google Play) — retained up to 7 years for accounting and dispute resolution. Note: payments are processed by Google Play; we never store your card or bank details.
Fraud / abuse records — minimal anonymized markers may be retained to prevent repeat abuse of the rewards system.

Wherever possible, retained records are anonymized or de-identified so they can no longer be linked back to you personally.

5. Important notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Any unredeemed coin balance is forfeited on deletion and has no cash value once the account is removed. If you wish to withdraw eligible earnings, please do so before requesting deletion.
