Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CashBee ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the CashBee mobile application and website (together, the "Service"). By using CashBee, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Phone number — used to create your account and log you in via a one-time password (OTP) delivered over WhatsApp.
• Profile information — a display name you choose (optional).
• Withdrawal details — the UPI ID you provide when you request a payout. We do not store your bank login, card, or UPI PIN.
• Earnings & activity — your coin balance, ads watched, daily streak, lucky-spin results, level, transactions, referral code, and referral relationships.
• Purchase records — when you buy a Premium membership or Boost, Google Play processes the payment and we receive a purchase/order token to verify and activate it. We never receive your card or bank details.
• Advertising & device data — when ads are shown, Google AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier and related data to serve and measure ads (see Section 4).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and secure your account and log you in.
• To credit coins for watched ads, referrals, streaks, and spins, and to track your balance.
• To process withdrawal requests and send payouts to your UPI ID.
• To verify and activate Premium memberships and Boosts you purchase.
• To operate the referral program and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To improve, maintain, and support the Service.

3. Login & OTP (WhatsApp)

We verify your phone number using a one-time password sent over WhatsApp through a third-party messaging provider. Only your phone number is shared with the provider for the purpose of delivering and verifying the code.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

CashBee uses Google AdMob to show rewarded and other ads. Google may collect and use data (such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, and ad-interaction data) to provide and personalize ads. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

5. Purchases & Withdrawals

In-app purchases: Premium memberships and Boost packs are sold through Google Play Billing. Google handles the entire payment; we only receive a purchase token/order ID to verify the purchase and activate your benefit. We do not see or store your payment-method details.

Withdrawals: When you cash out, we send the amount to the UPI ID you provide. Payouts may be processed manually by our team or through a UPI payout partner; in that case your UPI ID and the amount are shared solely to complete the transfer.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run CashBee — the WhatsApp OTP provider (phone number), Google AdMob (advertising data), Google Play (purchase verification), and our UPI payout partner (UPI ID for withdrawals) — or where required by law.

7. Data Retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we must retain certain records (for example, completed payout or purchase records) to comply with legal, tax, or financial obligations.

8. Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing us at bilalmalik1561@gmail.com from your registered details. We will process your request within a reasonable time.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Coin balances, purchases, and withdrawals are verified server-side. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Children's Privacy

CashBee is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
