These Terms of Service govern your use of the CashBee app and website. By using CashBee, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, use your own valid phone number, and provide a valid UPI ID to use the earning and withdrawal features. One account per person.

2. How Earning Works

You earn coins by watching rewarded ads and through features such as referrals, daily streaks, the lucky spin, and level bonuses. All coins are credited server-side after a verified action. Coins are a virtual in-app reward with no independent monetary value; they can be redeemed for a payout only as described below, and conversion rates, limits, and rewards may change at any time.

3. Lucky Spin & Rewards

The lucky spin and similar reward features are free — you earn spins by using the app (e.g. watching an ad) and never pay to spin. Rewards are promotional and granted at random within the published prize table. These features are not gambling and involve no wager of real money.

4. Premium Memberships & Boosts (Paid Features)

• Premium memberships and Boost packs are optional and are purchased exclusively through Google Play Billing.
• Benefits (e.g. higher coin multipliers, more daily ads, bonus spins, faster withdrawals) apply for the stated duration and may stack as described in the app.
• Prices are shown by Google Play at checkout and may vary by region. We may change plans, benefits, or prices for future purchases.
• Refunds for purchases are handled according to the Google Play refund policy.

5. Withdrawals

• You may request a withdrawal once you reach the minimum balance shown in the app.
• Payouts are sent to the UPI ID you provide, after a review which may take some time.
• We may delay, reject, or reverse a withdrawal if we detect fraud, abuse, invalid activity, or a violation of these terms.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use bots, emulators, automated clicks, VPN/location spoofing, fake or self-referrals, multiple accounts, or any method to artificially inflate earnings or generate invalid ad traffic. Violations may result in coin forfeiture, withheld payouts, and a permanent ban.

7. Referrals

Referral bonuses are credited when a referred user signs up with your code. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are not allowed and will be reversed.

8. Ads

Ads are served by Google AdMob and other ad partners. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity, at our discretion. Coins held in a banned account may be forfeited.

10. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including reward rates, limits, plans, and features) at any time.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

CashBee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Earnings depend on ad availability and your activity and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction in India.
